This is what I had. Ended up with 2 issues (1 my fault, another technology fault).

I didn't keep up with my cleaning and ended up with hard calcium deposits on the door that took some time to remove.

The motherboard started giving me issues around year 5 and would stop the cycles at random spots and the machine would indicate the wash was completed. Once unlocked the door while still full of water.

Would have gone with front load again but wife insisted on top load. Told her it's her room, so she can have whatever she wants in it
