was there evidence of this? because this sounds like just more he said / she said. believe me, i am no fan of the CoS, but i am even less a fan of putting a person behind bars for thirty years without some pretty fricking ironclad evidence, and i dont see it here.

Pretty sure they brought in Scientology experts who testified that this is standard MO for Scientology (the denial of rape and strong arming accusers to not go to authorities).
