Bonds, you don't seem to understand, I don't care if you think I'm a lawyer or not. I have never declared a profession because it doesn't matter on an anonymous message board. You have definitely declared yourself a lawyer and, I think, specifically a tax attorney, and you seem to think that wins arguments. The problem is you've been demonstrably wrong (and intentionally misleading) in your interpretation and application of the law. So, great, maybe you are lawyer, but it seems to be money wasted. 
They weren't reasonable disagreements, you were demonstrably wrong.
