I’ll continue to tout Kyle Williams, who’s doing a great job coaching at Ruston HS. Checks all the boxes: former LSU defensive lineman, All-Pro at the position for the Buffalo Bills, has strong ties to North Louisiana and is already actively involved in coaching. What’s not to like?

Yeah, Kyle William's might be a good choice, but he might not have a desire to be a college coach. He's in his hometown, raising his kids there, working far fewer hours than he would in college, not having to go on the road to recruit.
