Transfer portal is hurting continuity.
I’d rather be losing with young guys and building a core of veterans than bringing in mercenaries for a year who stunt the growth of the guys under them.
ETA: what does it say to high school prospects if Kelly is just going to bring in 1 year guys every year to start over the young guys? Why would you want to come to LSU?

FSU just did that and beat us
LSU baseball team did it. We don’t win the National Championship without Skenes, Hurd and Tommy White.
I don’t disagree that it sucks but that is who you have to compete against to win
And when it works and you win, everyone loves it
