You can produce grass feed/finished beef to grade prime, the management of the cattle is different.

Grass beef is fine. Some people prefer it and will pay more for it. It costs a hell of a lot more than grain finished beef, pound per pound and grade on grade.

In a economy where more and more consumers are getting priced out of beef, pushing grass fed beef is like the automakers only making $60,000+ trucks. Either you have enough money to buy it, or you buy something else that is way cheaper.
