I’m 66 and I am currently in the process of body recomposition and I’ve been having really good success with that. I do bro splits every day and rest when I feel like I need it or if I’m traveling and can’t work out.

I decided to start using creatine after listening to Andrew Huberman interview Andy Galpin and he recommended that everyone take it every day whether you’re working out or not but that it would help increase your lean muscle mass.

I had already come a long way before starting so I don’t know if it made a difference or not but after listening to a Huberman YT on supplements one of the side effects he noted with creatine is an increase in male pattern baldness.

I still have all my hair although quite possibly may be thinning in some places and I certainly don’t want to exacerbate that so I figured I can get along without the creatine.

And that’s where I am right now.
