Agree - I'm older and am trying to increase/maintain strength - while it has worked for that purpose, the biggest difference I have noted is better, longer sleep - I add it to my daily protein shake.

I am also trying to increase strength at 70 years old and have kinda hit a wall. What do you think of creatine at this age?
