The first couple season of Green Arrow was good television. I would go see a movie of that before I'd go see another Wonder Woman or Flash movie.

Enjoyed the first few seasons of The Flash. Then it fell off a cliff. But, I was never that much of a fan of the lead, GG. Obviously, he's better than Ezra in the movies. I just don't think he's that great of a lead for a superhero. The show thrived early on from a great ensemble cast.

Both shows were pretty good the first couple of season.
Once Oliver and Barry fell in love, they became CW teeny bopper drama shows and many people lost interest in them at that point.
and it's a CW show, so don't expect awesome acting. there's plenty of bad acting in both of them.
