You have never seen a Guinea wasp? That's weird. They are all over here. And when one gets you, there's usually a few more behind them trying to get you too.

I watched this one fly around for a while snapping pics of it. Got pretty damn close to it, too. Most wasps don't give a shite about you when they're away from their nests. They're just looking to eat nectar or catch something to carry back to their nests.


Red wasps are the same.


This one didn't bother me.


Nor this one.


This bee wolf didn't care.


Even this cicada killer didn't mind me.


These tiny parasitoid wasps may be my favorites, though.
