All I can think is these people don’t live in Baton Rouge or places like it. These drivers have to drive around kids, many who are delinquents, in BR traffic, in dangerous neighborhoods when it’s 110 degrees. They get no support from administration when there are issues on the bus and if they do try to discipline the kids they often have parents trying to fight them. I can’t even imagine what it would take to get me to take that job.
