WTF is a "climate adaptation expert", and what body certifies one as such?
Quite frankly, I might be a climate adaptation expert myself. When I'm in a rainy climate I make sure to bring a raincoat and/or umbrella. Warm and sunny? sunglasses! Cold? I adapt by wearing a sweater.
I'm benevolent though, and don't just horde my expertise. Recently I traveled to California where the climate there generally features cooler nights. I told my kids "you might want to pack a sweatshirt". I didn't have to do it. But when the good lord reaching down and blesses you with such expertise you feel it is a moral obligation to share it with your fellow man.
