Considering I was a collegiate wrestler, grew up boxing golden gloves and still in great shape at 52….yeah she wouldn’t last a round. Hell I would likely KO her with a jab.

A man and woman of equal size, the man will almost always be stronger. A man with no formal training and has 40-50 weight advantage, and the confidence to do what has to be done, would/could kill a trained female MMA fighter EASILY.
There's an obvious reason why a 14 y/o boys soccer team destroyed the best adult women's team in the world.
