The entire scenario is about the untrained average Joe. If they have submission knowledge than this hypothetical doesn’t apply to them

Someone that took a few month of jujitsu lessons 20 yrs ago isn't someone I called trained. I would expect more than half of mma fans would at least know enough to be able to thwart a 135# woman's submission attempts long enough to knock her smooth out (or TKO her). Obviously, the smaller the guy, the better her chances.
