Patch, repair and reschedule......no large investment to modernize the infrastructure....where are the federal funds to "harden" the infrastructure....I have seen no plans for improvements....call in answering system is a joke, seems to be a "canned" response. PSC, time for you to make the "provider" spend big money on modernization instead of salaries...

I’d settle for Entergy just maintaining what they have. That would be an improvement.

Louisiana has more power outage hours than any other state. Entergy customers in my area regularly lose power in fair weather. Maintaining a minimum level of service doesn’t require federal funds to harden the infrastructure.

We need to do that too. But that’s independent of Entergy failing to do their job.
