Plenty others have.

but I just don't think it's a good idea to bring an infant to a game at Tiger Stadium and would strongly advise against it. Especially if it's a day game it can't be good for the kid to be in the heat like that. Seems like a stressful environment regardless of the time of day. Just my .02

You're entitled to your opinion. Maybe you aren't one of the many douche bags here that talk down on everyone that doesn't do a football game just the way they envision everyone should. I apologize for lumping you in with them.

You went full retard by comparing that to being drunk and rowdy which is expected at TS, and frankly one of the reasons why it's not advisable to bring a 1 year old to.
Pointing out blatant hypocrisy isn't going full retard.

I don't see what's hypocritical about being ok with going to the game after some drinking at a tailgate, but not being ok with bringing an infant to the game.

Again not trying to tell others what to do, especially with their kids, but this thread was about advice and so I gave mine as a father of a kid roughly the same age as OP's.
