Starting point to getting YOUR way in a negotiation is offer a position way over there so when they propose settling in the middle that’s the point they wanted in the 1st place.

And NOLA groceries and restaurants goal should be to move to Jefferson, St Tammany, etc ASAP.
If Teedy loses even 1 tax paying business that see the folly of Orleans future over this nonsense it’s a win for our side.
