I just assumed it was a Freon leak because I replaced the ac compressor and condenser but he said they couldn’t find a leak. He said there was a crack in the radiator and a small coolant leak and the condenser fan was not even working.

You could pay him $150ish to recharge the system and see what happens. It may or may not get you by until the end of summer.
