Lol, welp guys hang up the phone. We got an expert here that knows better than the environmentalists.
Maybe there's too much CO2, just like you can have too much oxygen in the air and die above 22.5% oxygen levels. Maybe plants do fine with slightly lower levels of CO2. According to scientists, CO2 levels were lower pre-revolution and plant life did fine then too.
How about that "basic principle" you're referring to hahah.
