Gotta love when people don’t understand how ITEP works yet they think these parishes are “missing out” on money for 10 years.

its a typical socialism approach to things. Its the lense in which they view life
what he quoted is directly from the socialist anti-ITEP organizations. Shows a complete lack of understanding of how economics work.
