Im generally with you on this list with one exception, Clancys. Extremely overhyped. Decent entrees but the sides are mushy veggies and piping bag mashed potatoes.
I'd put Lisette over Boucherie.
I know sushi is it's own list, but the city's sushi offerings have improved dramatically over the last few years: Yakuza House, Nagomi, Yonashi.

Clancy’s is more of a neighborhood thing I think.
