Ehh...I hate Federal Government overstepping against private businesses but I guess this is to prevent collusion and price fixing to keep things fair for the consumer.
Not sure I 100% agree with it as the funeral business seems pretty competitive and like any other business there should be one always willing to do it cheaper.
