But a main driver is the growing availability of guns, said Jill Harkavy-(((Friedman)))

Guns have always been available

If anything guns are less available today then at any point in time

A story came out last year that depression isn't as simple as a lack in serotonin. That pumping people full of SSRIs isn't the best way to deal with depression.

It has always just been a way for the pharmaceutical industry to make zombies out of people and keep them addicted to their medicine.

It has always been demonstrated that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (aka talking to a fricking therapist) has been the best way, far and away, the best way to deal with depression.

Toxic society
Demonizing men
Fragmenting the cohesiveness of our society
Telling people happiness comes from material things
Lying to people that having a strong community and strong family doesn't bring happiness
Pushing social media
Pushing living for the here and now

That is driving depression

If you feel depressed, seek counseling

Honestly ketamine and mushrooms and MDMA in small doses has shown far greater effectiveness in treating depression than being a limp dick zombie on SSRIs for the rest of your life than anything else.

Why?

Because it actually helps your brain work through the mental anguish.

Masking mental pain with happy pills only makes it worse. It masks you from the lows... but also the highs. It makes you numb.

Facing your depression, and working through it through other modalities, under the guidance of a therapist has always 100% been the best way.

Not to mention the economic difficulties people face.

Give your money to Ukraine, die for oil and the banks, but also you're a terrorist extremist if you want a traditional lifestyle.

Our society is so far gone.

Don't tell this to momentoftruth87, he thinks all therapists are quacks and that mental health isn't important.
