I follow Texas recruiting in general very closely and I've never heard of this guy.
Texas mods on 24/7 including Mike Roach are the kings of Texas recruiting and they had an article this morning doubling down on confidence in Simmons picking UT after speaking with their sources in Duncanville last night.
Someone is wrong and Simmons is trolling one team.
