We will need a 20 win season with at least 10 in the SEC. Our schedule does appear to be pretty weak with the SEC down again this year. The OCC games against Xavier, Washington St, Texas A&M, and Utah will prove to be pivotal when it comes to selection sunday.

Regardless of that I really like what I see so far even against lesser competiton. The team plays very hard, the guards are handling well against pressure, Marcus is actually playing defense and Bo Spencer is really stepping up. It should be an interesting year and I feel we have a pretty good shot at getting to the dance.

It's also refreshing to see a coach actually play all his players instead of sticking to a 7 man rotation.

I love the way the new coach has his players playing hard especially on defense and the guard play seems to be much improved from the past few years. I think our ability to rebound the ball will be key in the sec though. Hopefully CJ and Taz will be able to pull their share. I have noticed Storm has been rebounding well during his time on yhe court also. I am excited to see a refreshed team out there playing hard and believing in a new system.
