Anybody have a holding company with a portfolio of operating entities? My partner and I are headed down that path. I’d like to discuss.

Interesting, thx! For taxes you just complete 1 return to include all entities? I’ll ask my attorney how GA treats this structure.
Are you able to create this structure after the fact to include different types of companies…for example, 3 of our companies are partnerships and 1 of them is an s-corp. I know the s-corp has less flexibility so maybe it would be left out.
