If you are still trying to find a unit, I work at King Kooker. Baldwin Taylor will have our product as well as other options right around the corner but if you are looking for a cheaper setup that is not brand new I can probably find you something as UPS doesn't treat shipments as delicately as one would hope.
We have a basic 10 gallon cast iron pot setup (with aluminum lid - not cast iron) that fits in frame with a cast burner (60,000 BTU.)
It's not as fancy or heavy duty as some custom units available but it does the trick. We've probably cooked and served over 10,000 bowls of jambalaya over the last 30 years using it.
E-mail me at - dreaddub@gmail.com if interested. Cheers.
