Did the same in January and agree.
While I loathe the left and their agenda, it's not like you walk out your door everyday and are greeted with leftist bullshite.
What you do see is a clean city with active, prideful and well to do people. The economic environment is leaps and bounds ahead of LA as well.
I find posts like that funny b/c it's usually people who have never spent time in a place but hear about the politics on the internet and instantly think it sucks.

I bet you can leave your keys in your truck with it running and wallet on the console while you walk into a convenience store to piss, and it will be there when you walk out
