I had loans when i was in college but when i graduated in the early 2000's my rate was fixed at like 1.9%. I paid for like 10 years on them. Remember they sold my loan on the last year and raised my rate to like 2.9% . I was really upset about that. Looking back on it probably shouldnt have been that mad.
