quote:
Terrible boudin and terrible service at their original location. Told them I wanted some boudin to eat in the car and when I grabbed the wrapping paper it was in, it was cold. Crap boudin was frozen solid. That boudin is not close to Billy's, Poche's, Best Stop, Karchner's, Don's etc. around Lafayette
You should have tried a hot boudin burrito. They don’t serve hot link boudin.
There is a boudin served at Five Oaks. North of Intracoastal City that is one of my favorites.
Boudin is like gumbo. A bunch of different methods and recipes.
You probably caught a new girl regarding service. I call ten minutes out to order.
Sometimes I’ll buy twenty 2 pound packs to bring to my customers wives.
Several enjoy the crawfish boudin especially.
