re: Anyone here had shoulder surgery recently? (torn labrum)

Right one fixed about 8 years ago. SLAP tear, RC repair, Mumford procedure. It was no walk in the park, but shoulder was good as new once it healed. I’m gonna need to have the other one done (almost certain labrum and AC joint osteolysis, hopefully not rotator cuff too), when I can fit into my schedule. I’m a surgical specialist, not an orthopod though. Not looking forward to surgery and rehab, but it’ll be worth it in the end.
