Anyone have a good recommendation for an acryllic shop where I can take a boat windshield to have a duplicate replacement made?

NOLA or Northshore area preferably

There are some online companies that you can get one from, when I sold my Skeeter I replaced one prior, somewhere in Arkansas if I remeber correct. Gave all boat info to them and took a couple weeks.

Who was the original windshield manufacturer?

Team C&O Marine in Tennessee has an extensive collection of windshields for an extensive line of boats. They'll ship to you. I think they even have molds and the ability to make a mold from broken parts of a windshield to remake discontinued ones.

It's who a lot of Champion boat owners use since they stopped manufacturing the whole boats in 2010.

Ask for Carrol "The parts mom" if you call.

I just got one from UPD Plastics. It took a few months but was an exact fit for my Nautic Star 2200.

I opted to not send mine to them..2 of the mounting holes were slightly off so I had to make a minor modification on the center console.

I recently used this place for a 1998 Kenner 23V, they had to custom make it since that boat wasn't in their catalogue. Cost was right at $450 with shipping, and brackets. Came out perfect. obviously not local to NOLA, but they were easy to deal with.

I see Redios beat me to it, so i second UPD plastics!

Thank you all for recommendations. I tracked down the company who made the windshields for this boat builder but they don't do retail. Boat builder is a smaller brand that has changed hands a few times over the years and just recently sold two months ago and are in the middle of moving production to another location in Florida. According to FB groups the new phone lines aren't even being attended to at this time. I'm going to try and buff out the windshield and see if that's an improvement. If not I'll probably move on to the Windshields by Lawrence guy as sending off the current windshield and having the new one shipped back may be cost prohibitive.
