You are correct. Most therapists are liberal.

But that doesn't mean you can't find a good one that gives a good, neutral, and non-biased opinion. Plus many aren't there to talk politics and share their political beliefs.

Many people will quit if they feel like they're pitted against the other spouse --- if they make it that far with the work they have to do on their own.

Mental health is no joke. Having a great therapist is almost as good as having a great physician.
