I kind of understand since I grow a lot of my own produce year round. However, some things just aren't worth the trouble for me, like summer squash with dealing with squash vine borers that destroy the plants around the first picking of fruit, or corn that only produces on average 2 ears per stalk when I can buy it at the store 8 for $1 when in season.
