Just did Secrets Cap Cana (#1 on this Caribbean list) 2 months ago and have Sandals Grenada (#3 on the list) booked for next year.

Did half my honeymoon at Coco Plum. Glad it made the list as its an awesome place full of good people. Also in Belize is Copal Tree Lodge in the south which is an amazing eco resort in the middle of the jungle. Make their own chocolate, rum, coffee, grow most all of the food they serve. A combination of those two is easy and give the rain forest and island trip combined.

Tell us more about that!
FYI, we were in Grenada a few years ago. Went to the Aquarium Restaurant right next to Sandals (was formerly LaSource). We didn't stay there, but it looked amazing. Probably one of the places in the Caribbean I'd want to go back to.

I don't have much experience with all inclusive, but we both thought Secrets Cap Cana was great! Great food and extremely friendly people. The only "knock" was it gets very quiet after 7PM. Pools close and not much to do. We aren't big party people but would be nice to have a little more nightlife.
