agreed. I think the upper middle class/Wealthy will continue to be able to live really nice and the middle class will stay about like it is. problem is like you said....the poor is getting more populous and its spilling over.

There is a demographic tipping point, and I imagine that Rubicon was crossed sometime in the late 90s/early 00s.
