St Tammany will have a new corridor soon connecting to bush and sun. I suspect that area south of the river to boom soon. Southern Washington parish is going to get larger due to cheaper taxes and it’s proximity to St Tammany, but people won’t “live” there. They’ll spend their money in St Tammany.
