Looks like some plans changed for a trip I had planned in late September and now I'll have at least one free day so I'm going to do some hiking on one day and play a round of golf on the other.

I was considering Colorado National and Interlocken Golf Club based on some minimal online research but was curious to see if there is any other feedback.

I played Colorado National on Saturday (7/22).

Course is really nice, cool track. Greens were perfect. I had a lot of fun.

Only thing is, you'll be looking at an afternoon tee time because members can book well in advance. They're in the middle of a bunker renovation, but enough of them are done that it isn't much of a nuisance. By September I would imagine they'll be done and it'll be spectacular.

I don't necessarily mind the afternoon slot to be honest. I am flying up on a wednesday evening and plan to work from my short term rental on Thursday so was looking for something that afternoon anyway so that may work out great!

Thanks for the feedback.

Will second Colorado national, played it many times in the past. Riverdale Dunes has a Pete Dye design course, about a 30 mins drive from Boulder, if you have time.
Also Todd Creek is just a bit east of Co National off Hwy 7, decent course if you can’t get on at CO National.
