What index fund can I buy to track this?

The math isn’t checking out completely. I have stamps at 2.92%, and backtesting bonds and stocks, the bonds have different annual returns, at 2.91%. And while the same returns for stocks, but at 9.22%.
After double-checking they seem to have counted 2023 as a full year, instead of a half (so 17 vs. 16.5).

I need a Time Machine to go back to 2007 and buy one million stamps for 41 cents and hold them until 2023 to sell them in 2023 for 66 cents for a profit of 25 cents per stamp or a profit of 250,000.
You could probably make more money selling to collectors than postage use.

Pretty much everything has outperformed the bond market since 2007 - especially since QE1 in 2008.

I have a huge container of stamps from my dad when we used to collect together. He always said they won’t lose their value… to a kid that spent all his $ on baseball cards the years (early 90s) before that

You'll also need to find plutonium to generate the 1.21 gigawatts of electricity.
