When OK went to legalized MJ we changed policy to needing an Rx just like you would any other Rx. So if you were to get popped on a random then you would break out your script to show you were legal.

I do wonder, if quite a few companies stopped or reduced testing there is likely more folks doing drugs than pre Covid because the fear of randos slowed them down. Its still not easy to get new quality employees either.

I think it's as simple as 23 states (plus DC) have legalized marijuana on a state level. If you're a corporation that isn't just local, you likely have employees in states where its legalized.

Humana doesn't test for its employees anymore upon initial employment unless it's a work incident situation and workman's comp is involved (as others have explained). They don't do random testing anymore either. Just has in the contract that you shouldn't be impaired on the job.
