How to recover a permanently banned Facebook(Meta) ads manager?

My current biz manager, all ad accounts and user profile are no longer allowed to advertise on FB. I’ve actually been banned for a few years. Just curious if anyone has experience recovering from a perm ban on the ads side of FB?

Why are you and your business manager banned from advertising on FB? Sounds like y'all are some POS, but I don't know much about FB advertising.
