this is total nonsense.

The studies on muscle hypertrophy don’t support your thesis for number of reps, and with good form and proper precautions there is no reason at all to avoid those movements.

You are right. I’ve only had customized diet and work out plans written by 4 IFFB Pro’s and not a single one had Deadlifts in their training program.

2/4 had squats but they could have been subbed out for another exercise
