sorry you dont know how to squat and hinge properly.

and the reason to do them....so you arent a pussy. not sayign you have to do them all the time, but they are literaly 2 of the basic movement patterns.

Also the two lifts most likely to get one injured.

Find me a legitimate need of the average person needing to squat or deadlift? I’ll wait. You can build strength through other movements
