how many here are top level BBers?

it is bullshite because the squat pattern and hip hinge pattern are basic movement patterns.

lots of mistakes the guy made, but he was an influencer and was trying for a 1 rep max.

but that doesnt change the fact, 99% of people on this board would have improved quality of life if they performed proper squats and deadlifts.
