I dont know for sure, but it almost certainly is a wood core boat. That isn't a bad thing like everyone makes it out to be. As long as it's well taken care of and someone hasn't drilled a shitload of holes in it, I wouldn't worry about it

I have a 2430 Bat stealth I bought in 2001. It IS NOT a wooden boat it was one of the first all composite boats. I really like mine it’s nothing fancy but it does what I want.
It is a heavy boat that gives it a better ride. It is a wet boat that is for sure I believe moats bay boats are.
You will never win a beauty contest or popularity contest but they were well built boats.
Just this weekend I was off shore snapper fishing and hitting rigs for trout and my boat handled all of them well.
