Gonna rustle some jimmies here but I wouldn't call squatober ideal programming. It's fun to do for the community aspect and people do get good gains from switching to high frequency for a bit. But I certainly wouldn't call it ideal. It's only 4 weeks so it doesn't really matter though

I’ll raise your rustle, no one here needs to worry about CNS fatigue. Our numbers are all trash. The thing we should do if running high frequency is change the movement a little.
ETA: I did run Bulgarian method a couple years ago and I had no issues at all. I squat 5-6 days a week. Did it for 6 months. Again, my numbers were trash so no problem
