Doesn't squatober involve squatting 5 days a week? How can you truly recover from that well enough to perform?

The load is varied each day. It's not like you're going for a PR every day.

Gonna rustle some jimmies here but I wouldn't call squatober ideal programming. It's fun to do for the community aspect and people do get good gains from switching to high frequency for a bit. But I certainly wouldn't call it ideal. It's only 4 weeks so it doesn't really matter though
