If the RBs don't like the money they're currently making, they should use their degree and connections to get a job somewhere else.

That's what I'd do if I no longer felt like I belonged in the place I worked at. Especially, if they didn't want to pay me what I felt my worth was.

Do rookie long snappers and kickers complain about their pay compared to other positions?

If I ask for a pay raise and I am replaceable with no detriment of my employer my employer could easily laugh in my face and tell me to frick off.

Sure, I could whine about it but what realistically could I do?

Yes, that exactly what you do when you're up for a pay raise. Look how replaceable you are and negotiate accordingly.

You don't complain to the world and hope it pressures your company into paying you more.
