I don't want to lose Frey because he looks to have good potential, but I could see him being a casualty because the positions I could see him playing at (OF, C, 1B) there's a lot of competition and he may not fit in anywhere. Just a few years ago we would have killed for a player like that and I suspect there will be many teams that would kill to have him. We'll see how it all shakes out, but the LSU train looks to still be rolling through the off-season so far. Lot of production to be replaced but we've got a lot of shiny pieces returning and coming in.

Johnson won’t process Frey I can promise you that. Johnson was always quick to point him out throughout the year if he leaves it’s because he doesn’t want to wait to play. He’s too talented to get processed

Frey won’t be a casualty unless he wants to leave on his own accord. There are many other much obvious cuts if needed
