re: Workplace / Authority anxiety

OP, I had the same problem with my old job. I started in BR and had a wonderful time with the company, lots of recognition and growth. I had to transfer to another area and my new (female) boss was a total piece of shite. She rode everyone's arse constantly and destroyed all workplace morale. I eventually left the company after another year and a half. There was no room for MEN to advance there due to her. I knew I was a great worker, everyone there constantly told me how great I was at my job etc. Sometimes you just gotta move on.
